Your experience starts with requesting your consultation and reservation.

Our Salon Coordinator will help make your reservation and if you have any questions, please ask! She’s here to help you! If you haven’t already, follow us on Instagram, where you can be inspired by other Relentless Girls, and watch our stories for behind the scenes action and transformations!

Your First Visit…

When you arrive, our Salon Coordinator will check you in and give you a “New Guest Information” form. This form gives us all the information we need to care for you and give you the special treatment you deserve.

Once with our stylists, we will walk you through a detailed consultation. This will be a conversation about your hair goals and the processes it will take to get you there, allowing us to form a custom color plan and/or style for you.

Your color formula will be custom blended and recorded, allowing us to maintain a history of your hair. We will also evaluate your hair’s condition and share our recommendations for at-home care and before you leave, we will set you up with your next reservation.

The week following your visit, we will touch base with you to ensure your expectations were met and that you are still loving your new hair.
